We are looking for a Lead Developer / Team Leader to oversee the delivery of extending and refining our APIs in Node, using AWS Lambda. You will also play a key role in building components for our shopper analytics, and machine learning.
We currently have a term of developers that you will need to help mentoring and we will be looking to hire 4 more members of the team. You will be responsible for selecting, interviewing and evaluating the new team members.
As the Client Success Director for the UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for the adoption of myda services and retention of users within the UK and Ireland including taking responsibility for Software Subscriptions, Targets Relating to Transactions, Customer Satisfaction and budget to ensure the growth of the company in the region.
We are looking for enthusiastic positive people to support our customers providing a first class service and positive experience for every one of our customers over the phone.
To be considered for this role, you will be experienced in a customer service role and can adapt your own approach to a problem in real time during a call dependent the customer type.
